Why can't I see the Live Dealer?

If you can’t see the Live Dealer in your current browser – try opening it again in Google Chrome, and ensure your Flash Player is the latest version.

Here's how to update your Flash Player if necessary:

1. Once at the Live Dealer table, look in the upper left corner next to the URL. Here you will see the option ‘Secure’. Click on it. 
2. Chose ‘Site Settings’ from the options.
3. A new Google Chrome window will open. Locate ‘Flash’ on the list and then change it to ‘Allow’.
4. Click ‘Reload’ once you have returned to the Live Dealer table to apply these updated settings. The video feed will appear in seconds.
